In an interview with Moin Khazaeli, a lawyer, we discussed legal avenues to pursue the instigators and perpetrators of the suppression of the “Women, Life, Freedom” movement. He believes that the United States could, by submitting a draft referral of a case of human-rights violations in Iran to the International Criminal Court, create the grounds for further legal and political pressure against the Islamic Republic.
