🔸Houthi rebels in Yemen claim that, in retaliation for attacks by the Saudi-led coalition on Hodeidah, they targeted Jizan city in southern Saudi Arabia with a missile.

🔸Following Saudi attacks on the Hodeidah province, the Houthis accused Riyadh of “dangerous escalation of the clashes” and warned that “they will not leave these attacks unanswered.”

🔸Ansarallah, the media arm of the Houthis, wrote on Telegram a few hours earlier that “following a Yemeni missile hitting the city of Jizan, flames of fire are rising from this city.”

🔸This comes while the Saudi Civil Defense Organization had, for a short period, warned residents of the cities of Jizan and Yanbu about the possibility of an airstrike; but shortly after, it announced that the danger had passed.
