Houthi forces backed by the Islamic Republic of Iran in Yemen announced in a statement on Wednesday, 25 Shahrivar, that they targeted Aramco facilities in Yanbu and an airbase in Khamis Mushait in Saudi Arabia.

The statement said the facilities were targeted with “dozens of ballistic missiles and drones,” which “led to the occurrence of widespread fires and caused extensive damage.”

The Iran-backed group said: “We will continue our military operations deep inside Saudi territory and against the gathering of Saudi forces, and we will establish the equation of siege versus siege and escalation versus escalation until the cessation of the aggression and the end of the blockade against our dear country.”
