🔸Global oil prices on Wednesday, 18 Shahrivar, rose to $100 per barrel as tensions increased in the Middle East and as Iran and the United States continued their reciprocal attacks on each other.
🔸In Asian market trading, Brent crude rose by up to $99.63 per barrel. U.S. oil, known as West Texas Intermediate, also climbed to up to $95 per barrel.
🔸These prices are the highest oil prices in nearly two months.
🔸In recent days, the price of oil has seen a significant upward trend as the civil war in Yemen intensified and Yemen’s Houthis announced attacks on Saudi Arabia’s energy facilities.
