Gholamhossein Mohseni-Ejei, the head of Iran’s judiciary, warned that Tehran will not “forget” the “blood revenge” of Ali Khamenei, the country’s former leader. According to a report published by the Iranian news agency “ISNA,” Mohseni-Ejei said Tehran is “seeking blood revenge and demanding retribution and revenge” for the killing of Ayatollah Seyyed Ali Khamenei following attacks by the United States and Israel.
Donald Trump, the president of the United States, has threatened Tehran that if it takes any action to carry out a plot against him, it will face an extensive attack. Trump wrote in a message on the social network “Truth Social”: “Missiles ready to be launched at Iran have been targeted, and if the Iranian government takes action to carry out its threat, immediately thousands of other missiles will also be launched.”
