📸 Continuation of U.S. attacks; concerns about the war expanding increased

The sixth night of U.S. attacks against the Islamic Republic was accompanied by strikes targeting dozens of military positions and infrastructure in southern Iran. At the same time, reports have been published of civilian deaths, damage to bridges, the power grid, and transportation infrastructure.

Meanwhile, The Wall Street Journal, citing an Iranian diplomat, has reported disagreements within Iran’s decision-making structure about continuing confrontation with the United States— a report that officials of the Islamic Republic have not commented on so far.

At the same time, Israeli media are reporting the possibility of escalation of hostilities and Qatar’s efforts to revive the diplomatic track.

What is clear so far is that the continuation of the war, above all else, has affected the lives of millions of citizens—from insecurity and damage to infrastructure to economic and livelihood pressures.
