CNN, citing U.S. officials and international intelligence sources, reported that the Islamic Republic has significantly increased the accuracy of its attacks on U.S. positions and assets in the region by using information received from Russian spy satellites.

According to the report, 14 Russian spy satellites passed over this base two days before the Islamic Republic’s attack on a U.S. military base in Saudi Arabia.

CNN reported that the timing and sequence of the movement of these satellites provided access to a wide range of data, which helped Tehran carry out some of its most precise attacks against U.S. assets.
