🔻According to a new poll, slightly more than half of registered voters describe US President Donald Trump as “corrupt” and “dangerous.” At the same time, only 14% said that Trump is not divisive.

In a poll by the Economist–YouGov Institute, conducted from September 11 to 14, 2026, among 1,461 American registered voters, the words “corrupt” (53%) and “dangerous” (51%) were the most used to describe Donald Trump, the US president.

After that, the words “out of touch with the realities of society” (47%), “cruel” (46%), and “bold” (45%) ranked next.

Only 18% of participants said they used the word “steady” to describe the president.
