A short while after Amir Ghalenoei asked government institutions to deal with critics he described as “traitors to the nation” and “selling the country,” the website “Football 360,” managed by Adel Ferdowsipour, went offline.

In his program, Adel Ferdowsipour criticized those who caused this incident with a voice full of emotion and said: “Damn it, you didn’t let me do my job.”

At the same time, Tasnim news agency, affiliated with the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps, called Ferdowsipour’s reaction “a celebrity’s hypocrisy” and claimed that the reason the Football 360 program website was shut down was his “anti-Iranian action in inviting Alireza Faghani to the program.”
