A meeting between Russian President Vladimir Putin, US President Donald Trump and Chinese leader Xi Jinping could take place at the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) summit in China, if all three leaders are in the country, Kremlin Aide Yury Ushakov said.
