U.S. Secretary of State Marco Rubio, on the sidelines of the ASEAN foreign ministers meeting, referring to the policy of Donald Trump, the U.S. president, toward the Islamic Republic, which he described as a “policy of looking without blinking,” called the Islamic Republic an extreme regime and said that over the past two decades Tehran has focused on developing its missiles and drones and intends to double its missile arsenal.
