The Wall Street Journal, citing U.S. officials, wrote that the Islamic Republic has resumed the production of ballistic missiles at underground facilities and using components kept in storage. According to the newspaper, despite heavy attacks on the Islamic Republic’s missile sites and industrial facilities in the first phase of the war, the assembly of liquid-fueled ballistic missiles has been restarted.
Meanwhile, CBS News reported that several U.S. military aircraft were damaged in the Islamic Republic’s attack on the Al-Salt airbase in Jordan. According to the network, about eight F-15 fighter jets sustained minor damage, but were returned to service again after repairs.
