The killing of Mahsa Jina Amini and the uprising of “Woman, Life, Freedom” inspired Rafaelle Wangel, a Polish-born photographer and visual artist living in Canada, to reflect the voice of Iranian women in her works; works that have also faced reactions and cyber attacks from supporters of the Islamic Republic.
