Preliminary results of Sweden’s parliamentary election indicate a narrow lead for the center-left alliance. So far, this alliance has won 176 seats, while the right-wing alliance is in second place with 173 seats.

The right-wing alliance has not yet accepted defeat and has said that the result will only become clear after waiting for the full counting of the votes. The counting of the remaining votes will continue until Wednesday.
