The National Academy of Sciences has, over the years, published scientific and analytical guidelines specifically for use by the federal judiciary. However, it was in the hands of far-left Democrats and, as is now becoming clear, it published fraudulent, biased, and misleading guidelines about climate change. From these fake guidelines, judges have used them to issue rulings in major cases related to “climate change,” which has caused significant losses across the country. Now, these guidelines have been completely invalidated. Our federal judges deserve access to facts and science—not political fraud and fabricated climate science. In light of this clarified truth, I hereby instruct federal officials to suspend and bar contracts and to investigate this matter. American taxpayers should not have to pay for such climate fraud, and judges should never have relied on such materials. Thank you for your attention to this matter!
