🔶 Jordan intercepted and destroyed eight Iranian missiles

Jordan’s official news agency said that the country’s air defense systems on Thursday, 25 Tir (16 July), intercepted and shot down eight missiles fired from Iran toward Jordanian territory.

According to the Jordanian army, as a result of this operation, missile debris fell in various areas, but no deaths, injuries, or property damage have been reported.

The Islamic Republic of Iran’s army also said it targeted U.S. fixed radar site, communications system, and fuel tanks at the Al Azraq base in Jordan with suicide drones.

This strategic base is of great importance for managing U.S. operations in the region and is about 850 kilometers away from Iran.
