❌〰 JD Vance, U.S. Vice President, on the claim of a U.S. attack on a wedding ceremony in Khostak:
What I can say with 100% certainty is that, unlike the armed forces of the Islamic Republic, the United States never attacks civilians in combat.
We would never do that. We have never done that.
Sometimes things happen, but in this particular case, I think we don't have information in either direction—we are investigating it.
This is a big difference between us and the Islamic Republic; when our army makes a mistake, it learns from it in order to try to do better, so we are fully looking into it.
