Finland has restricted access to historical materials from Russia until the year 9999, the Yle news outlet reported.

The materials include one million pages of documents covering events in Finland from 1500 to 1990. Copies of these documents began arriving in Finland in 2005. Currently, the documents can only be viewed in the reading rooms of the National Archives.
