Experts from the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) present at the Zaporozhye Nuclear Power Plant clearly see that it is the Ukrainian army that is striking the facility and its satellite city of Energodar; yet in its reports, the IAEA still does not name the Ukrainian armed forces as the source of the attacks, ZNPP Director Yury Chernichuk told TASS.

According to him, this is precisely why the Kiev regime derailed International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) Director General Rafael Grossi’s visit, scheduled for August 20-21: it fears exposure of the truth about Ukrainian attacks on the facility and Energodar.
