SpaceX launched 23 more Starlink satellites from Cape Canaveral Space Force Station early Monday, adding to its expanding broadband network. The mission lifted off before dawn and proceeded on schedule, according to Reuters.
Roughly eight minutes after liftoff, the Falcon 9 first stage touched down on the drone ship Of Course I Still Love You in the Atlantic. The landing marked another recovery for the reusable booster system that has become central to SpaceX’s launch cadence.
The flight continued the company’s steady pace of Starlink deployments, which are designed to support satellite internet service around the world. The mission also underscored SpaceX’s reliance on reusable hardware to keep launch costs lower and increase launch frequency.
Reuters reported that the launch was successful, with all 23 satellites deployed as planned. The operation adds to SpaceX’s growing constellation as the company continues regular launch activity from Florida.
