🔹 Everything about life has been put on hold; from the smallest things like buying perfume and clothes to major matters. We don’t make any decisions at all. I have an emergency surgery; there is no medical equipment, and at any moment there’s the possibility that a bad event could happen to me. But because of that, I also can’t do anything.

🔹 I want to open a shop to teach painting, but everyone says don’t. If there’s a war, nobody will come for training. And inflation has also made work tools very expensive, so learning art is no longer a priority.

🔹 We don’t get married; if we do, we won’t hold a wedding. We don’t have children; if we do, we’ll have to forget about having a second and third child. We don’t travel. We can’t buy the clothes we want, because our budget is limited. We can’t make any decisions for our lives.

🔹 The country’s situation even affects decisions like whether to wake up or not. What’s that—let alone making an important decision for life.

🔹 Decisions about going to university, continuing education, marriage—all have been sacrificed to survival. Right now, we’re in a survival situation.
