Viewers, in messages sent to Iran International, have reported the inefficiency of insurance companies, premiums not being paid, and the termination of insurance coverage for workers and retirees. A retired employee of the telecom company also said that the supplemental insurance offered by Dena Insurance has been cut off and described treatment problems faced by retirees who have certain specific diseases.
