👈 US Energy Minister: The goal is to suffocate Iran’s economy
The US Energy Minister has claimed that Iran is currently unable to export any oil, and Washington is also working to keep oil and gas flows through the Strait of Hormuz ongoing.
He said that on Saturday more than 30 ships had passed through Hormuz, and he explicitly stated that the United States strategy is “to impose a suffocating economic siege” on Iran.
Washington’s message is clear; maintaining energy flow for the market while simultaneously closing the route to Iran’s oil revenues.
