Restrictions created in Iran’s southern ports have pushed the government to transfer part of foreign trade to land routes and northern ports.

Seyed Ali Emaami, director general of the Office of Procurement and Logistics of the Trade Development Organization, told ILNA that the ports of Imam Khomeini, Shahid Rajaee, Chabahar, and other southern ports have been less usable due to restrictions stemming from the war.
