It seems that Iran is rejecting any proposal that includes time limits for a ceasefire. They say that any negotiations should be initiated based on a return to the implementation of the memorandum of understanding.

Iran believes that ceasefire deadlines are nothing more than opportunities to regroup, organize forces, and return to the war, and it does not want to get caught in such a cycle.
