Mehdi Chamran, Chairman of Tehran City Council, said on the sidelines of the conference “Iran’s Heroes”: “People of all ages and tastes and of any build have come to show that we are supporters of the country and our leader.”

He added: “The enemy should lower their profile, and it is certainly on the slope of downfall; and if they continue on this path, nothing awaits them but harder backhand slaps.”
