‏👈 Killing a young man at a birthday party with a remark; the fugitive killer was sentenced to qisas

‏The family of a young man who was killed with a stabbing during the celebration of a birthday in a park went to the court’s enforcement office after the killer was not arrested so they could receive diyah from the public treasury.

‏The case dates back to the spring of 1402; when a family went to one of the parks to hold a birthday party. At the same place, a young man was present along with a number of his friends.

‏During the presence of two groups in the park, a verbal confrontation broke out over insulting remarks and the words exchanged between them. Although the disagreement started as nothing more than an argument and verbal back-and-forth, it quickly escalated and led to a physical altercation.

‏Following the ensuing fight, the young man was killed after being stabbed, and the killer fled after committing the crime.

‏Given that the defendant was on the run and had not been arrested, the victim’s family referred the matter to the court’s enforcement office in order to receive diyah from the public treasury. However, in the end, the defendant was sentenced to qisas in this case. ✅
