Kareem Ahmad A. Qasem Khan, the chief prosecutor of the International Criminal Court who had been seeking the arrest of Benjamin Netanyahu, the prime minister of Israel, was removed from his post due to “sexual misconduct.”
A committee made up of representatives from 21 member countries of the Court, with the required majority, has reached the conclusion that this Muslim British judge committed a “serious breach” in connection with allegations of sexual misconduct. The complaint was filed by a woman who worked for Khan at the Court’s headquarters in the city of The Hague.
