Israel’s foreign minister: I was pleased to meet with the defense minister and the interior security minister of Honduras during their visit to Israel.

I thank the president of Honduras for his leadership, strong friendship with Israel, and his important decision to designate Hamas and the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps as terrorist organizations.

This trip is another important step in expanding cooperation between Israel and Honduras.

We will continue strengthening our relations with countries in Latin America.
