State television’s announcement of a double reward for women who kill or capture American soldiers exposes a deeply inhumane strategy: using women as expendable instruments of war and, potentially, as human shields.

The regime seeks to place women on the front lines, then exploit their deaths for political leverage against the United States through propaganda and its familiar posture of victimhood.
