〰❌〰 At 10:30 p.m. Eastern time on July 22, the U.S. Central Command (CENTCOM) carried out another round of attacks against the Islamic Republic of Iran for the twelfth consecutive night.
U.S. forces struck Iranian military targets, including naval capabilities, missile and drone storage facilities, coastal surveillance sites, and air defense assets. These attacks further degrade Iran’s ability to attack seafarers and commercial vessels.
This month, American forces have targeted dozens of military sites on land and have resumed a blockade against Iran at sea. To date, CENTCOM has not returned any commercial ships and has disabled one, to prevent ships from entering or leaving Iranian ports. - U.S. Central Command.
