The foreign minister, in response to reports about the dispatch of U.S. F-16 fighter jets from the Misawa base in Japan to the Middle East to attack Iran, said: The people of Japan should hold their government accountable for its involvement in America’s crimes.

The Government of Japan is responsible for the use of facilities stationed in this country.
