Abbas Lasani, Ali Khirjoo, Yusef Kary and Bahzad Dashti, four Azerbaijani activists, were collectively sentenced to a total of 40 years of discretionary imprisonment by Branch 28 of Tehran’s Revolutionary Court, presided over by Judge Mohammadreza Amoozad.

According to the issued verdict, Abbas Lasani, in addition to the confiscation of his mobile phone, was sentenced to 15 years in prison. Bahzad Dashti and Yusef Kary were each sentenced to 10 years, and Ali Khirjoo was sentenced to five years in prison.
