A citizen, by sending an audio message to Iran International, says: "The Tehran flight to Sulaimaniyah did not receive an airport permit at Imam Khomeini Airport, and we waited for hours. The pilot said that there is no radar in the country, and that we have to take an estimated route; for this reason, the permit is issued late."
