🔶 US energy minister: Oil exports out of the Persian Gulf have reached the pre-conflict level
Chris Wright, the U.S. energy minister, claimed that on Tuesday, September 15 (24 Shahrivar), about 18 million barrels of oil passed through and exited the Persian Gulf.
Wright said in an interview with Fox News: “We have brought the oil outflow from the Persian Gulf to an unprecedented volume. Yesterday, about 18 million barrels of oil were shipped out, which is essentially equal to the level before the start of the fighting.”
He had also previously predicted that Saudi Arabia’s East-West pipeline, which was taken offline after drone attacks, would soon come back into operation.
