🔶 Trump and Netanyahu discussed regional developments in a phone call

The office of the Prime Minister of Israel said that Benjamin Netanyahu and Donald Trump, the U.S. president, on the evening of Thursday, July 9 (18 Tir), in a phone conversation “agreed that coordination between the two countries in different fronts would continue.”

In a statement released by Netanyahu’s office, it said: “Trump informed the prime minister of Israel about U.S. actions in the Persian Gulf.”

The statement added that Netanyahu also “strongly referred to the remarks of Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, the president of Turkey, and his associates against the existence of the State of Israel, and also emphasized the need to maintain security areas along Israel’s borders.”
