The price of the U.S. dollar in Iran’s free market in the first hours of trading on Saturday reached 224,700 tomans, placing it just a step away from 225,000 tomans. On the same day, the dollar futures rate reached 229,000 tomans.
According to the announcements of gold and currency information websites, one British pound was traded at 305,000 tomans and the Imami coin at 235 million tomans.
Based on a report by Rokna, the selling price of the dollar futures at Iran’s Currency and Gold Exchange Center today was announced as 160,502 tomans, creating a gap of more than 64,000 tomans with the free market.
