Shaker Bouri, a humorist, announced in a video he posted on his Instagram that, following the complaint of Musa Ghadnafarabadi, a member of parliament, he has been sentenced to 13 months and 20 days in prison.

In this regard, he wrote: “In less than 48 hours they issued my sentence, and they sent me to prison. God willing, the problem of the country—embezzlement, fraud, inflation, poverty, injustice, and unemployment—will be solved by my going to prison, and the people of Iran will be in comfort.”
