Russia said Germany’s consulate in Saint Petersburg must stop operations by Shahrivar 27.

Moscow also confirmed that the Goethe cultural centers in Russia must stop their activities and their staff must leave the country by Shahrivar 22.

Sergei Lavrov, the Russian foreign minister, accused Germany on Sunday of “wanting war again.”
