Paul Wilks, a British major in the Intelligence Corps, died in a traffic incident in Ukraine, the United Kingdom’s Ministry of Defense said.

Britain broke the news about the incident which took place on September 12 on Monday.

The British Ministry of Defense confirmed Major Wilks died away from the front lines. He was 40.
