JD Vance, U.S. Vice President, said the main reason behind the rise in gasoline prices is the Islamic Republic’s attacks on ships, and added that Tehran has continued these attacks even after the signing of the memorandum of understanding.

He also said that Iran’s government media are not a reliable source for covering events of the war, and emphasized that the United States, unlike the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps, never targets civilians. Vance added that if the U.S. Army makes a mistake, it will announce it and learn from it.
