🔻Javidnameh’s sister, Ahmed Khosrovani, has posted a video on her Instagram page in which she lights a candle in memory of her brother Javidnameh.

🔹In this Instagram post, she wrote: “Sitting on a comfortable chair tortures me, my Ahmed… Your beautiful body was on the ground for hours. Was there no cot for all those bodies? Your body and your fellow travelers—inside the cover, on the ground, on the asphalt… my Ahmed, your cover was torn twice. The body of an athlete measuring one meter and two eight centimeters could not be moved easily with a black cover. A few of us would lift you, walk a few steps, and then lay you down again quietly.”

🔹She also wrote: “From the moment they took you and we returned without you, eight months have passed—eight months that I still feel that moment’s pain with all my being. Ahmed, you were one of those covers. One of those bodies that were waiting on the ground, in the cold of December, without any protection… and I still can’t believe that your tall, beautiful athlete’s body was on the ground for hours. The pain of your unjust departure… the pain of your lifeless, beautiful body on the ground… the pain of the bullet that settled in your heart… and the pain of us, which still starts fresh every day with your absence. Eight months have not let go of our moment. Eight months—our longing. Eight months—I’m furious and I stand tall.”

🔹Javidnameh’s Ahmed Khosrovani, a 21-year-old student at Sharif University of Technology and a basketball player who had become the Tehran three-on-three basketball tournament champion with the Farzan Shamirān team, and who also held the title of the best player of the Tehran League in 1404, was killed on Thursday evening, 18 Dey 1404, by direct gunfire.
