Ismail Koothari, a member of the National Security Commission of the Parliament, told ILNA: «We must move in this direction so that we can create change and transformation in the structure of the United Nations. This should be done with other countries, especially those present within the framework of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization and BRICS.»

Koothari continued: «We should seek to engage in dialogue with countries that are currently ready and observe human principles and human rights, and create a new organization in the world that treats all countries equally.»
