The Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps said that after field setbacks, the United States is using calls for renewed negotiations as a deception, and claims that Washington is seeking a ceasefire to replenish its oil and ammunition stocks before resuming attacks.
The group says that after unloading stores of cruise missiles on warships in the Indian Ocean, the United States began using B-1 bombers operating from the RAF Fairford airbase in Britain to carry out attacks.
The IRGC emphasized that any base used to attack Iranian soil is considered a “legitimate target,” and warned the Kingdom of Britain, accusing it of playing a major role in the recent military actions by the United States and Israel against Iran.
The statement also accused Britain of having a long history of fragmenting Islamic countries, committing massacres, supporting authoritarian governments, and facilitating the creation of Israel, and warned London not to “make its track record even worse.”
