IRGC: In retaliation for the US attack on five Iranian oil tankers, two US vessels and eight oil tankers were targeted in the Persian Gulf.

The IRGC also targeted 10 other vessels that allegedly attempted to enter the restricted waters of the Strait of Hormuz with US backing.
