When Russia occupied Crimea, Ukraine had no naval forces. In fact, they even sank their own flagship because they didn’t think they could keep it safe. However, they have destroyed 35% of the Russian Black Sea fleet. They have sunk it. Intelligence tells them where the ships are. Air drones pinpoint their locations, and naval drones sink them. The Russians have confined the entire remaining fleet in a port in the Black Sea that is as far from Ukraine as possible, because under the Montreux Convention they are not allowed to pass through the Turkish straits. Now Ukraine has sea drones that launch air drones closer to that port, destroy refineries and storage sites, and then attack the ships that remain there.
