Donald Trump, the President of the United States, posed a question about when the people of Iran will rise against the Islamic Republic, which drew widespread reactions from Iran International audiences.

Some of the audience members, in their messages, said that the formation of a nationwide uprising against the Islamic Republic requires a serious weakening of the repressive apparatus as well as the clarification of America’s strategy toward the Iranian government.

They said that for people to return to the streets again, they need to be assured that if protests begin, they will not be left alone this time.
