Al Sharq Al-Awsat, citing two sources in the terrorist organization Hamas, wrote that this move is being carried out with the aim of paving the way for a "National Committee for the Administration of Gaza"; an entity that, despite being formed, has not yet entered the Gaza Strip due to Hamas’s opposition to disarmament. Meanwhile, one of these sources said that the dissolution of this body is expected to be announced on Monday. In this regard, last week the National Committee for the Administration of Gaza had announced that its members held a series of "very productive" meetings in Cyprus to prepare for the next phase of efforts to reduce the suffering of Palestinians in Gaza.
