Xi Jinping has arrived in India for the first time in seven years, NDTV reports.

Relations between New Delhi and Beijing began to improve following Modi's visit to China in 2025 to attend the SCO summit. India and China have since resumed direct flights and cross-border trade, which were suspended after the 2020 clashes along the Line of Actual Control in the Himalayas.
