'Utterly preposterous': US trying to bill world for war it started, Iran FM spokesman says

Iran’s Foreign Ministry spokesman Esmaeil Baghaei has rejected Washington’s attempt to blame Tehran for disruption in the Strait of Hormuz, saying the United States started an unlawful war and is now trying to send the world the bill.
